'''''NOTE:''''' I found this PAL on a non working CVS board set. Sometime later I found out that other boards did not have a PAL on this board so I'm unsure if it should have been there or not. Im also unsure of its location since this was a long time ago. If anyone can prove or disprove this then that would be a help.
